Terms and conditions

Next, choose how you want to pay. You can pay with iDEAL, your credit card or, if offered, afterwards. After you have accepted our terms and conditions, click “Checkout” and your order is placed.

If you do not pay by invoice in advance or afterwards, you pay immediately in your bank’s secure environment.

You can cancel a placed order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.

If you cancel after the order has been sent to you, you must refuse the parcel on delivery. If OnlyWines has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase amount after we have properly received the return. Shipping costs will be deducted (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave it unopened for the courier).

As a consumer you have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving a reason, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions include personalised products/custom work. The product may only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.

Want to return the entire order? Items you have already received must be sent back to the return address below. OnlyWines will refund the full purchase amount. Return shipping costs are at your expense and will not be reimbursed.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be notified to OnlyWines in writing. Send us an email. Please include at least your full name, order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. To improve our customer service we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason. You are of course not required to do so under the Distance Selling Act.

To refund amounts already paid we also need your bank account number.

Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you paid OnlyWines. This is to prevent refund fraud.

Any amounts already paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after you report the return.

We still prefer to resolve your complaint ourselves. Send an email to: info@onlywines.nl and include your personal details, order date, order number and the nature of your complaint.

You can generally expect a response from us within 3 working days. We will of course do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
